Event Contract

  • DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: We ask that contracts be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date. Contracts submitted with less than 30 days may be subject to additional fees. A 50% rental deposit (excludes bar tab) is due at the time of signing the contract. We accept check or money orders for deposits and will place the payment on hold until the end of the event. A final invoice will be issued no later than seven (7) days following the event. You may apply the deposit to your final invoice, or issue a new payment, at which time the deposit will be destroyed. We accept cash, credit/debit, check or money order for final invoice payments. Your Event Coordinator will help create your payment plan prior to the event date.

    VENUE RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property. Violations will result in additional fees, loss of deposit and possible expulsion from the property.

    SECURITY: COOP Ale Works reserves the right to require private security for any events. Your Events Coordinator will let you know if security is required for your event.

    CATERING STANDARDS: We welcome outside catering and food services at our venue. The Brewery accommodates both food trucks and caterers, and we’re happy to offer suggestions if requested. All outside food services must be self-serving including set up, food service and break down. It is the responsibility of the Client and Caterer to coordinate all food service details including, but not limited to, set up, food production, food storage, service materials/equipment, food disposal, and breakdown.
