Key Account Director
Texas

The Key Account Director – Texas position supports the Key Account and Commercial Management Teams in developing pitch decks and line review forms for regional and national chain resets, as well as troubleshooting issues that arise with mandates/authorizations throughout the year. Provides support with retailer buyer interface through logistical problem-solving and identifying sales gaps and opportunities. The position Communicates those findings and opportunities with the Key Account and Commercial Management Teams.

The base salary range for the position is $85,000 – $120,000. This position is solely responsible for the Texas market and the candidate must reside in Texas. The Key Account Director reports to the Sr. Director of National Key Accounts.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and enhance relationships with national chain retail buyers
  • Create and deliver presentations to retailers for product development/evolution pitches, sales and promotional strategies and planogram resets using all available resources
  • Work with Commercial Managers to identify and correct distribution gaps related to chain retailer product authorizations and mandates
  • Provide customer service support to retailers directly and via the distributor/wholesaler network
  • Manage database records of potential, current, and former retailers
  • Monitor competitive pricing for all brand families within the chain retail
  • Price implementation, monitoring, and audits in national chains
  • Gain points of distribution and secure ad activity in national chains
  • Utilize business intelligence reporting to affect improvements in chain account product placement and sales performance

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with ability to excel in instances of limited direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong execution knowledge of Excel
  • Experience and familiarity with Neilson/IRI data preferred
  • Experience and familiarity with iDIG – VIP preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Oklahoma ABLE license
  • Physical Requirements – Standing, sitting
  • Age requirement – over 21

Packaging Technician
Oklahoma City, OK

Job Description

The Packaging Technician will function in all tasks and materials associated with setting up, running and shutting down the appropriate equipment for kegging, canning and bottling beer. The base pay for the position is $16 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operation of can filler, bottling line, keg filler, centrifuge and all associated equipment
  • Regular CIP, set-up and tear-down of all packaging equipment
  • Report daily progress, challenges and concerns to Packaging Manager
  • Observe and assist in preparation and execution of maintenance of packing inventory items
  • Maintain clear direction and professionalism in the face of challenges and adversity
  • Maintain high levels of efficiency and follow proper protocol
  • Work with QA/QC department to maintain packaging standards
  • Work varying shifts including afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • Maintain a clean working and packaging environment
  • Knowledge and compliance with all safety protocol and PPE implementation

Candidate Qualifications

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Dedicated sense of urgency and drive to achieve objectives
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with varying levels of importance and difficulty
    • Computer and software competency, proficiency in Excel
    • Mechanical intuition
    • Familiarity with sanitary processes
    • Display knowledge of mechanical equipment and ability to troubleshoot on the fly
    • Ability to lift 50lbs shoulder high and 100lbs waist high
    • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
    • Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift
    • Competence with all forms of safety protocol
    • Detail oriented and diligent record keeper
    • Ability to work occasional weekends
    • Desire to work hard, play hard and get things done
    • Ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma ABLE License
    • Age requirement – over 21
  • Preferred
    • Food or beverage packaging systems and process experience
    • Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment (ex. Forklift/Auto jack)
    • Familiarity with beer and brewing processes
